Each teaspoonful (4 mL) contains Chlorpheniramine maleate 1 mg, ammonium chloride 80 mg, tolu syrup 0.04 mL, citric acid 9 mg, sucrose (refined sugar) 1.60 g, benzoic acid 4 mg, glycerin 100.96 mg, black currant flavor 0.003 mL, 822.4 mg, carmoisine 0.320 mg, saccharin sodium 8 mg, purified water qs 4 mL.

Action

Baby cough syrup with antihistamine is prepared for the symptomatic relief of cough due to the common cold and bronchial irritation, together with the antihistaminic effect.

Indications/Uses

Coughs due to cold, bronchitis, tracheobronchitis, bronchiectasis.

Dosage/Direction for Use

1 year to 2 years: 1 teaspoonful.
Over 2 years: 1-2 teaspoonfuls.
Every 2 or 3 hours.
